Lead-on Dog Leash

Lead-on is a long-time-coming, drastic reinvention of the dog leash to help those less abled. People with impaired motor skills or bad backs fumble with unergonomic clips and bend uncomfortably to attach the leash every day. This project changes that, with a new inclusively designed dog leash clip that helps those less abled to attach it more easily. Through intensive user testing, this project created a new design from the ground up. Both its form and mechanism aid the user to quickly and comfortably leash and unleash their dog. This stylish product not only benefits less abled users but as it is so simple and easy, every dog walker can benefit.
